    I'm Pacfan... but...

Unless the Cotto-Pac outsells JMM-PBF (even he KO Cotto), he has no right to demand bigger purse against Floyd.

I hate people around him making his head bigger than his balls when it comes to money...

    There is no excuse...

The saying "Pac is not an American" has nothing to do with purse split... How can he demand bigger purse when he is not the one who brings American fans (if fight against Floyd happens)? I say 55/45 in favor of Floyd if the upcoming fight with Cotto sells less than 1M PPV buys. 50/50 should be fine if they outsell JMM-PBF by a slight margin.

Its a shame that his team can't agree even for 50/50

You also have to take into consideration that, Cotto is a bigger draw then Marquez.

At the same time though, Mayweather is not P4P Numero Uno.

It is a shame, because Cotto vs Pacquiao isn't seen as a mismatch and most are 50/50 on who they believe might win. That right there makes it VERY interesting. I will be buying Cotto vs Pacquiao.

Don't get me wrong but I think most people who purchased JMM-PBF are not hard core boxing fans....

It's a mismatch cuz Cotto is a freaking tank who has enough ammunition to blow little pacquiao away. But how can you punch some who's that fast and has almost the same ammo as cotto. 50/50 but props goes to Pac who is the smaller guy.

Its actually better to be a foreigner than american in boxing, The excuse that an american should automatically outsell a foreigner is bogus as well.

If you are a foreigner with a great community in america then you have more of a market to tap into than an american fighter, Thats Why people like Top ranks/arum go would rather promote fighters from the latin countries or asian countries.
