If it's true Wood was overweight he should have definitely lost his titles on the scale. But the trainer doesn't know for sure, he said he saw the needle hovering back and forth but that's after they announced the weight. Wood was posing for the cameras, so he wasn't standing perfectly still on the scale. Posing for the cams like that could cause the needle to bounce. At that moment, Lara's coach then tapped Wood's back a few times to indicate his concern about the weight but he's not allowed to do that (no physical contact) so he got pulled back for it. So it just boils down to whose opinion you believe I guess, Lara's coach (who might have been mistaken) or the officials (who might be covering for Wood).

Video is in Spanish basically Laras trainer says the scale never stopped moving when Wood weigh in. Wood then got off and they illegally called the weight so the trainer asked him to please get back on and slimey Eddie Hearn grabbed woods arm and pulled him away and yelled at Lara trainer to stop.

Disgusting by UK boxing this is a fight not a game these guys can lose it all in the ring.
