As I posted earlier he was definitely being tested for the Donaire fights and yes Japan - at least the Japanese ng commission - do test their fighters for PEDS as a matter of protocol exactly as you'd expect as in this story here:

I’d like to see him and other top fighters do VADA testing.

Cause the Mf'er flushed his system out with an IV in the biggest fight of his career, that's how.

Well he is with the CPB as amatter of course as a WBC titlist was dfefinitely tested for the Donaire fights and the Japanese Boxing Commison tests as a matter of course too... There's absolutely no call to suggest he's somehow getting tested less than other fighters which is what the thread appears to suggest, although of course it wouldn't hurt to test all top level fighters more thoroughly. When I looked into it a coupla years back the holes in the CPB were big enough to drive a truck through.

Stephen Edwards says there’s something big coming with a new VADA testing program. So hopefully it will be a positive development and there will no longer be any question of who is getting tested thoroughly or not.

Inoue knocked out almost half of his opponents in the amateurs. That's with pillows and head gear.

Inoue's clean. That's why his brother's ultra feather fisted. Dad wouldn't juice one son and not the other.

All boxers should be tested 24/7 365. Period.
