The winner of the Plant v Benavidez will be Canelo's mandatory. My point is that there is a boatload of guys who are sitting on their hands waiting for a Canelo payday. This has been going on for years and, in my opinion, it is one of the reasons that boxing is a fringe sport in this country. As to your question, yes is do watch boxing and have done so since grade school. I am an octogenarian, so that was more than 70 years ago.

Not fighting benavidez has nothing to do with missing weight or snoring coke. He wasn't fighting canelo when that happened. Now is the time to do it.

No, he didn't plan to fight benavides from the get go, he said it, "I don't want to fight another mexican" even though the kid is dominican, Ecuadorian and mexican, and was born in USA to top it off. Yes, he did loss his belt for the after mentioned issues. Those fights weren't scheduled against canelo, so what's the reason he can't fight against the best 168lbs fighter? Definitely is not drugs, canelo got suspended for that, and I have seen fights of canelo's where he has come over the contracted weight limit, Hatton vs canelo comes to mind.

Isn't baseless, and he fought bivol because he has tasted the water with kovalev, and bivol looked like $h1t on his two prior fights. I cherrypick going wrong more than likely.

No casual fans like u underestimated Bivol. He's been HIGHLY rated CHAMPION for like 7 years and has 7 Gold Medals.

He's been a HIGHLY rated prospect with MULTIPLE articles written about him back in 2016.

Just because U DKSAB don't put us all in your category.

The expectations are impossibly high for Canelo. No one else is held to these standards, and there are many fighters getting a pass for doing a lot less. Including Benavidez.
Yeah and I got some Garfield casual acting like Bivol all the sudden came from NO where to be good. When i've read MULTIPLE articles of him back since 2015. Heck Ring Magazine one was the one told me watch for him. Another one said he gonna run LHW in the future.

Now Benavidez is the one who all the sudden is the boogeyman. In fact im still trying to figure out is he more lome Chavez Jr. (Drugs, life style), and Zurdo a weight bully FRAUD. Or the REAL Deal!!! Plant gonna answer a LOT of questions for me. He rag dolls plant? Im gonna STFU. But i'm almost 100% sure that ain't happening.

Good post as always my friend

So far Benavidez has more an common woth Chavez Jr. Then any GREAT World Champion.

*** Zurdo record was fools gold. There is NOT 1 person on his resume that says Canelo should be shaking in his boots.

Dude also comes off as a weight bully sonce struggles so much...

Casual I'm sure u have Plant being so scured he get in the ring and Shts himself then jumps out and RUNS home to mommy...

I actually like Benavidez a lot and think he is the biggest threat to Canelo below 168 lbs. But his resume is poor, he needs to beat Plant.

Right now Bivol is a more important and more dangerous fight for Canelo. People simply need to give Canelo full credit if it happens. It’s impossible to call the Bivol rematch a “cherrypick” this time.

I have probably been watching boxing before you were born. Back in my country, we love all sports, there's two that we are passionate about it, baseball and boxing. To call me a casual just because I don't agree with you, is "baseless". And I'm sticking to my guns in this one, cherrypick going wrong. It doesn't matter that bivol was and now more than ever, a well regarded champion(he wasn'tthe favoritegoing in). He (canelo)took a calculated risk, and backfire. Be safe

It's funny you mention weight bully, canelo has been a weight bully all his career, actually he created his own division at his very best weight, 155 pounds. I don't think any boxer is afraid, I do believe as a fan and paying customer I deserve the best product, and ryder vs canelo doesn't cut it. I'm a fan, not a fanatic, fanatics just like to see their idol fight the less risky fights.
