I cant even though Pac is a great fighter i felt he lost those jmm fights,bu i will say in the last two years the man has flown up my ratings list a win against Floyd would cement him in the top 5.

Seriously thought, since 135 Floyd hasn't shown his skills against the best in 140 and 147.

Definetly he was better at the small weights ,but i think has handled himself fine at ww you have to remember he did not fight a lot at ww before his retirement i think his body now has completely adjusted to the new weight so i expect to see great things out of him,i will say he needs to fight Mosley a win there would shut a lot of people up.

The 20 years cutoff forces me to leave out Julio Cesar Chavez although his accomplishments post-1988 were still pretty impressive.

                1. Pernell Whitaker
                2. Roy Jones Jr.
                3a. Evander Holyfield
                3b. Bernard Hopkins
                5. Manny Pacquiao

Jones won almost every single round he fought when he was in his prime!

DeLaHoya was dominant beating every top competitor, except for the undefeated 35-0 Trinidad, which could have gone either way, or the undefeated 34-0 Mosley, which could have gone either way, or the undefeated 37-0 Mayweather, which could have gone either way, not in his prime either. Other losses (Pac, Hopkins, 2nd Mosley) don't count.

If Trinidad would have stayed at 147lbs or 154lbs, he would have retired undefeated dominating everyone in his path. Hopkins too big, Wright, bad fight strategy (Winky did an excellent job, he won every round.), and Roy Jones Jr., well Trinidad should have never fought him.

Pac had a chance, but his luck will run out vs. Cotto, if he can pass Cotto, he won't beat Mayweather.

He beat trinidad that was a robbery, but i thought lost 2 ike quartay,as for Jones even though he dominated for years it seems like he ducked the top comp a lot like people think may is ducking the top wws.
