I think he said the same about leading Browne to victory over Beterbiev.

I would back Joshua to beat Usyk in the third fight, the same way I backed him to win in their second fight 'And for the same reasons'..

If you analyse the trajectory of the match up? Joshua was the fighter who most improved his performance in the rematch.

There is a high likely-hood that this trajectory will continue. Joshua has shown throughout his entire career, that he fights better in rematches.

That is precisely why he beat Ruiz Junior 'I did not particularly like the way Joshua fought Ruiz Junior in the rematch but? Ruiz Junior had no answer for the tactics Joshua was applying.

Even the version Ruiz Junior from the first fight 'I still don't think he would of beaten Joshua'. Ruiz Junior has never shown a great ability at cutting off the ring, and pressuring fighters with educated pressure 'In some ways he needs fighters to be a bit static or move towards him'.

Joshua traits as a fighter, help him prepare for fighters over time 'The Long Game'. Joshua's near psychopathic work ethic, his obsessiveness and meticulous diligence are the traits a fighter needs to improve or adjust overtime.

And for these reasons, I would back Joshua to beat Usyk in the potential third fight 'If it was to be called'.

The universal perception for Joshua going into the rematch with Usyk 'Was that he was going to be beaten up, and potentially knocked out' Neither of these expectations transpired 'Because Joshua was the fighter who improved his effort the most'.

The more Usyk fights at Heavyweight, the more he fights the same fighter over and over again 'The more fighters will figure him out'.

I know people complain and moan over rematches these days. But a fighter taking on a rematch, whether that be the winning fighter or losing fighter 'It is a unique challenge which can test a fighter'.

Joshua has shown that he has larger operating window at Heavyweight, he can if he wants to completely altered his dimensions 'And fight Usyk weighing in at 250+ pounds'. Joshua has empirical experience at elite level fighting at such weights in intense fights 'Fights vs Kiltschko which he won'.

So therefore if the third fight is made, Joshua can still use entirely different tactics and test Uysk in a different dimension.

All of this information, gives me enough reasons to back him to definitely make the third fight with Usyk even closer.

Note: Usyk is a great fighter, I rate the man extremely highly 'I think he is awesome athlete and fighter'. But for all of Usyk abilities, at Heavyweight thus-far it appears that he does not have a vast operating window 'Or the upper limits of his abilities are still unknown'.

The only fighter at Heavyweight who stylistically breached Usyk's initial game was Derek Chisora 'Joshua in moments vs Uysk breached his game, but he did not keep the fight in this area' Joshua fought Uysk at his own game twice, and nearly beat Usyk at his own game in the second fight.

Chisora lost his fight vs Usyk due to fatiguing which then created distance for Usyk 'Which then enabled him to operate using his superior mid-long range game'.

Not a chance. AJ is an emotional basket case similar to Teo. He doesn't have the skills chin or mental fortitude.
