Spot on. I wasn't thinking of Canelo specifically, but I agree. He just announced how long other fighters need to plan fights for to avoid crossing paths with him.

If he really thought he could beat Beterbiev or Bivol, he would have moved up already. He's spinning his wheels at 168.

Lol, I've noticed on this site it's expected for Hispanics (especially Mexicans) to move up or down in weight to appease fans of specific fighters. Why is that?

Imo Beterbiev and Bivol should have already fought same with Spence and Crawford. None of the 4 mentioned will fight the best but they'll sure as hell fight a smaller man with a Spanish last name if given the chance.

Talk about weight bullies, this guy is huge! To be honest about his weight, his next 4 fights should be at light heavyweight and then move up to cruiserweight.

The person I was responding to was saying Benavidez would beat Artur. If Benavidez wants to fight Plant and Andrade this year and hope for Canelo next year, more power to him. He will not get a title shot for awhile. You know it as well as I do. And is he really smaller than Bivol or Beterbiev? He did lose his belt because he didn't make weight. Again, you already know this. Lol pretending Benavidez is the smaller man.

Man I agree wholeheartedly! He should’ve been at LHW or at Cruiser Weight. He out weighs his opponents by 15 lbs after he’s rehydrated, and that’s being light on him, probably 20. Sad site if he runs into the same size man as himself. Much easier to beat a smaller man in the ring. Those precious pounds make a huge difference on fight night!

Benavidez won’t even breathe the same air as Artur let alone beat him
Why , who has the great Benavidez beaten to compare to Beterbiev ?
