I agree but I remember when Jermell won WBC vacant super welterweight title against John Jackson he had to fight two mandatories Hatley and Lubin when he wanted bigger fights. Also Benavidez won a vacant WBC super middleweight title he didn't fight two mandatories but never unified.

The term boring does apply to Afro fighters. Sure, Shakur won but still boring. Most boxers defeat boring fighters all the time so what´s your point??? The sad truth is that boring Afro Americans (not real Africans ), is that they hug amd hold for half the fight and get away with it because of their race. So their wins are not fair.
