Comments Thread For: Jake Paul: I Don't Think Tommy Fury Believes Things He's Saying; He's The Fury Family Puppet

Jake Paul didn't take anything Tommy Fury said to him during their face to face confrontation seriously. Paul claimed Tyson Fury's younger half-brother - who, among other things, promised to end Paul's boxing career when

Assuming Tommy actually makes it to the ring, I feel like he will pull some kind of stunt once he starts getting beat to get out of it and save face. Most likely fouling or embellishing an injury.

100%. One year ago I assumed Tommy will obliterate Jake Paul. But now I'm starting to think this will be a close fight.

Im sure he'll show up as he needs a paycheck.

These 2 are both prospects. My gut instinct said Tommy wins..But then you learn how passionate jake is about boxing then he is a pro really if he trains like one.
But I go Tommy still. But if Tommy loses, don't lose ambition. It's just means jake is good and if becomes champ one day you will meet again

I thought the same but there is a reason Paul has been so desperate to fight him, chasing him even after the fight fell through 2-3x because hes the only "name" Paul has a chance and he will claim Tommy is a "real" boxer but tommy is no more invested in boxing than Jake is. Tommy only fought 8 times in 4 years, that is not someone who even wants to make boxing a career, he only boxes to keep his name out there until the next reality TV show.

Jake knows exactly what he is doing here. This is a very calculated move. I just was looking at the Tim Tszyu thread and thinking hell if Jake wants a "name, go fight him, hes a light middle weight but the skill gap there is tremendous, he would get battered despite the size difference, they would never make a fight like that.

I doubt any of these two will become champion , if Jake does beat Tommy it wouldn't mean much (or vice versa) as Tommy hasn't done much. It's not for me but good luck all the same.

True, but if Tommy loses, I want Tommy to think jake was much better than he thought, and Tommy shouldn't be disheartened.
Reality is neither is likely to be champ though id agree

Fury will get humiliated in this fight. He better stop talking and start training hard like there's no tomorrow.
