Pacquiao easily, Pacquiao will just ****ing run away and use is lightning speed, Mayweather will run too just not as fast as Pacquiao. Both get KOed eventually.

hopkins would beat pac, hopkins would not beat floyd at this age. maybe in his prime, but certainly not now.
