It won't do better than Mayweather v Marquez.

Good points, but, PAC-Cotto have been interviewed on ESP*.

But yeah, you're right, Floyd has gotten a ton more American t.v. exposure, ie MT* Cribs, WWE, Music videos, it helps to roll around with one of the biggest rap stars today, eventhough Dancing w/ the Stars wasn't really Floyd's audience, it was exposure nonetheless.

Oh and to answer the thread question, I'm guessin' between 700k-800k.

I was looking at 450-500K for the PBF-JMM fight and 1.2M for the Pac-cotto fight but with what the PBF-JMM fight did am sure the Pac-cotto fight would do better than the 1.2M that i was thinking before.

So what sort of numbers can a fight like that generate???
Cotto-Pac will do 700-850K. That is my gut feeling at this point.

We very much agree with our projections.

Mayweather was on the cover of ESPN Magazine previously. He has ben on Sports Illustrated, and he is on the cover of Men's Fitness this month.

His Q-rating is just higher than both Cotto and Pac.

I feel that Cotto-Pac is the better fight, but won't be the bigger fight. I also think that FMJ benefited from going first.

850k. I think the thoughts of Floyd coming back after so long made people want to see what they've been missing the last while, and that's why it broke a million.

Mayweather-Hatton did something like 950k if I remember. De La Hoya - Pac did 1.2 million. Can't see it beating those two to be honest, as great a match up as it is.

Since Cotto and Pacman both speak poor english and will have a crappy 24/7 because of it..Throw in that they are both boring people outside the ring. I dont think will do as well as JMM and Cotto
