I don't agree with Horus math on how much floyd will actually make with taxes fees, tons of things to pay for before he sees his cut but I will defend him on one point.

It's mostly done with container ships and lakers but it is indeed possible to make a vessel even a yacht larger.

The process is called jumboisation.

Jumboisation is a technique in shipbuilding consisting of enlarging a ship by adding an entire section to it. By contrast with refitting or installation of equipment, jumboisation is a long and complex endeavour which can require a specialised shipyard.
Enlarging a ship by jumboisation allows an increase in its value without needing to purchase or build an entirely new ship. This technique has been used on cruise ships and tankers, as well as smaller vessels like sailing or fishing ship
