Based on what? When it came around to fighting the top level opponents he lost. Teo Commey wins and then Loma wins is still better than anyone elses wins in that division

Garcia only has 3 losses. He could have more losses, but his dad's advice and pep talks helped him beat Lucas Matthyse and Amir Khan. Garcia's record is better than his skill level, and I think his dad has something to do with it.

The only fights Teofimo needed help with during the fights were against Loma, Kambosos, and Martin. Sr only gave decent advice against Loma.

I base my assumptions on watching a fighter rally when a corner is instrumental. Say what you want about Garcia Sr, he's been instrumental in his son's success. I don't think I'll be saying this about Lopez Sr five fights from now.
