LOS ANGELES -- A pair of up-and-coming prospects coming off their first career defeats will meet in what suddenly amounts to a crossroads matchup. Jose Valenzuela, 23, and Chris Colbert, 26, will fight as a featured undercard attraction on the pay-per-view portion of the event headlined by David Benavidez and Caleb Plant on March 25 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Showtime.

Good bounce back fight for both guys although I'd say with Colbert not being a big puncher and with thier styles I'd favor Rayo here with his counter punching ability. Should be an interesting/good fight regardless.

This undercard is very solid. Even tho I like Venezuela, would’ve been nice to see De Lo Santo get a chance to fight Colbert instead.

This seems like a cherry pick to be honest, Colbert is from a division below and too pillow fisted to be a threat to Rayo. You could argue he is a better opponent than Jezreel Corrales but at least Corrales wasn't coming off from a loss and acclimated to the lightweight division.

Who did Colbert piss off? Colbert should get into Bellator.

I love this fight, perfect loser leaves town kinda fight between two former top prospects and a good style match ups as each of their strengths goes to the opponents weaknesses.

I like the fight, but I think Colbert should be staying at 130
