Great fight. Zhang could cause some problems. Will be entertaining for sure.

If Joe Joyce carries on having fights, were he is getting ****** about for the duration of the fight 'Until he eventually overhauls his opponent'.

I don't think, at this stage of his career it is good match making.

Whyte by the time he got his title fight, was burnt out. Joyce looks to be going down the same route.

Zhang vs Joyce is a top fight. No doubt. But this is the professional game, and I am just thinking about maximizing Joyce's chances of being in his best form 'When he does get a title fight'.

Joyce won the fight vs Parker, but it was not a easy fight 'Joyce was being wacked all night'.

I saw a interview with Joyce a day after the fight, and he was clearly damaged.

My thoughts exactly. The best chance that Zhang has is to hit him hard and clean, early in the fight. He’s got power but he is unable to throw a decent volume of punches. Joyce’s constant pressure will wear down Zhang…, and I suspect it won’t even take all that long. Maybe 4 or 5 rounds. Zhang is easy to find…, then again so is Joyce. But I think Joe is a lot sturdier and has much, much better stamina.

Joyce's stamina will win him the fight, but it will be damn entertaining, and I'm rooting for the underdog Big **** Joyce winning will not do much for the makeup of the HW division, but a Zhang win will shake things up!

Interesting match up given Zhang's power but should be a stoppage for Joe but Zhang deserves this chance as he should have been awarded the decision in the Hrgovic fight.

Hrg beats Joyce heads up right now easy. Zhang just dusted HRG all fight and dropped him. Joyce's defense is not as good and his feet aren't as fast.

he's going to get teed off on. Zhang has very quick hands. faster handspeed than Hrg noticeably.
Joyce is SO much better since the Hrgo fight in ‘13. Specifically, his timing and my absolute humble opinion is more critical to his success than his relentless approach and fantastic chin. He will have a live dog in front of him that wants to win and not just show up, but I just can’t imagine Joyce not walking away with yet another spirit crushed.

                  Two thoughts:

                  1) Sometimes a loss isn't the worst thing in the world. Zhang probably wouldn't have gotten this fight otherwise

                  2) Why is every top heavyweight 34 or older (at least 30+)? Power is the last thing to go, they say, but there is absolutely no youth in the Heavyweight upper class (Jared Anderson is 22, but we'll see; he may take the top spot, based on his youth.) And, nearly every Top Heavyweight is from countries other than the United States. Where are OUR heavyweight champions? We have Wilder, but he's 37.

Just thinking out loud at this point. Looking forward to this fight. Should be an interesting bout.

the only person that can improve upon their meeting is Hrg. he's young.

Joyce is 37. he's on the decline. and he has taken a lot of damage in the last couple of fights. He will be taking the biggest punches he's ever taken in his career in this fight. Zhang throws very short powerful shots. Joyce cannot get out of the way. he will get hit and dented.

I can't see Zhang lasting in this one, but he'll **** and throw a few, so it should be entertaining!
