If Pacquiao gets through Cotto, which I think he will, and Pacquiao-Mayweather gets done then we'll see who the better fighter is regardless of PPV sales, who has more fans, and who is more exciting. We'll see if being the fan favorite, more exciting fighter can put an L in Mayweathers 0 loss column.

That is how I see it. See I am a big fan of Manny and Cotto. I am happy that Floyd drew in some numbers for the PPV as it rekindles a spark for some fans who may have lost interest when he left two years ago.

I stopped being a Floyd fan about 5 years ago, but Floyd actually fought a great fight and Marquez fought his heart out. All this is good for the sport and I don't understand what the fighting in here is about. Floyd actually managed to win back some of my respect with his performance even though I don't like the bad boy persona, but if some like it all the power to them.

Manny has a ton of fans
Cotto has a ton of fans
Floyd came back and brought back tons of fans.

The sport wins in the end and that is what matters. Floyd has not stolen Manny's or Cotto's fans, but brought back his own. I personally don't give a **** who makes more money as they all make more than I will make in my lifetime. I don't really care about PPV numbers. I care about boxing becoming mainstream again so maybe on some Saturday night in the not too distant future, CBS might have a night of the fights with actual boxing instead of MMA.

floyd fights oscar at his best weight in 154 and was comin off of a victory to mayorga then floyd fights ricky after beating castillo in a pretty good fight for ricky where as pacquiao beats ricky after ricky looked like he was about to get knocked out by a smaller fighter in lazcano and then manny beats oscar at a weight oscar was never supposed to fight at again and oscar was aslo comin off a bad performance against a smaller defensive steve forbes at 154, so yea manny may have fought 2 bigger fighters but both those fighters looked very vulnerable before they fought pacquiao just like miguel looked more like a vulnerable fighter than shane,this bein the reason for manny and his team choosin to fight miguel instead of shane but this time it will back fire on manny in his team when he is dominated by miguel come november 14

Hey bro. I learned in here a long while ago that you really cannot find reasoning on why someone is a fan of a particular fighter. What might not make sense to you or I, may not apply to someone else.

Here is an example. I am also a fan of Kelly Pavlik. Right now it is not easy being a pavlik fan around here.
