Canelo doesn’t have the physical attributes that Yarde has that gave him success vs Beterbiev. Therefore, Beterbiev wouldn’t fight Canelo the same way he fought Yarde, and Canelo won’t look like Yarde.

Would Canelo beat Beterbiev? I am not sure but I do know that the fight could look way different than Beterbiev vs Yarde.

Now if you’re talking about Bivol, that’s a different story. I think Bivol would definitely beat Beterbiev at this stage of their careers. Like right now, or any time in the last 2 years, I definitely would favor Bivol over Beterbiev.

        - Canelo is too slick for him defensively.

Canelo should use combination punching and jabs. He should fight in middle of the ring and sometimes at his back foot. Basically, he should outbox Artur by creating space. And, he has a good chance for that.

Bivol is different story. Canelo should use combination punching and jabs against Bivol too but main difference he should narrow space this time. Like Duran and Tyson said, he should cut the ring but also should box.

Bivol is harder task for Canelo even at 168.

I also favour Bivol over Artur. Artur can't be competitive with Bivol's fresh legs and gets outboxed. He should catch Bivol by accumulation and it's very difficult.

I think Canelo and Bivol would beat Artur with correct strategy.
You forget canelo gasses out . Bivol and bievs put the hands on him . I like canelo but c'mon man . He reached his ceiling and props to him but these dudes beat him .

Beterbiev wouldn`t have to respect Canelo`s power, because Canelo is not as strong as Gvozdyk, Yarde, Browne and other light heavies.

Beterbiev would go straight through Canelo`s punches, losing some rounds, but he would stop Canelo on the ropes.
