Well if he puts on another stinker of a performance like he did against Marquez then I can only see his PPV star waning.

If Pacquiao got the sort of promotion that Hatton and Mayweather get internationally then he would be number one PPV star.

For me though, Tyson will always be number one PPV mega star. He was known all around the world. That cannot be said for Oscar, Floyd, Manny and the like.
