Comments Thread For: Despite His Defeat, Richardson Hitchins Is Still Willing To Take On Montana Love

The stars and the moon appeared to be aligning perfectly for Richardson Hitchins. After waving farewell to Mayweather Promotions and signing on with Matchroom Boxing, the former Olympian envisioned hefty paydays and gargantuan fights. Amongst a long list of highly ranked contenders at 140 pounds, Hitchins believed that a matchup between himself and Montana Love made all the sense in the world.

Instead of thinking about a future fight with Montana Love, you should concentrate on your next opponent John Bauza.
Who is undefeated just like you, and has an almost identical record to your's, you so what already happened to Love.
In this world you don't count your chicken's before they're hatched, because you never know if they'll all hatch.

Very wise advice! Where's Montana now? What does Hearn have for him? Really, what does Hearn have for anyone at 140?

I like Hitchins, but damn, why did he leave Mayweather Promotions to go to Fast Eddie? He should have went to Top Rank, that's where all the smoke is at 140. He's going to have a tough time getting the fights that he wants, so that's why he's left talking about facing Montana Love, a fighter that just lost. But, I'm sure his main reason for going to Matchroom is because Edward overpaid, as usual.

They should get Love a soft touch then let Hitchins beat him.

"After signing with matchroom the former Olympian envisioned hefty paydays and gargantuan fights" WTF??? WITHBWHO??? Hearn promised Andrade all the MW fights..promised Tevin Farmer the Tank fight... promised Devin the undisputed fight and delivered none to any of them. What the hell did Richardson think Hearn was going to do for him? Montana Love will probably be left out in the cold because after the loss he is no good to matchroom and Showtime probably won't want him back. You young black Americans should stay as far away as you can from the Dazn shyteshow!
