Oh man that sux. I just got out of hospital when I came back from Philippines I drank too much and got pancreatitis. In hospital for 3 nights.
Good as gold now tgough.

Not much you can do besides drink fluids be put on a drip to rehydrate and usually feel better after 4-5 days.
no pancreatic cancer is different.
