Not a fan of any fighter, but it's easy to say Teofimo Lopez is "in downward spiral" like Ted Atlas and others assume. I have yet to see Martin's next fight to make such premature assumption, compare Sandor's next opponent's performance to that of Lopez's. Martin is no cakewalk to any current established fighter.

Sr Lopez is just trying to keep his job and paycheck. Jr had shown a lot of promise during his first 13 fights, or so. However, against better competition (the upper echelon of his divisions) he has shown quite a few flaws - namely no jab, poor footwork, and lack of defense. If he wants to stay relevant, Jr must fire Sr......Plain and Simple!

I’ve been rooting for teo for awhile…still pulling for him….I hope he att least knows better or has someone sensible in his ear telling him that’s not the case….I know sr doesn’t wanna smith weakness since he got a W but cmon

Teo with the dramatic KOes and beating Loma with so little fights made the trash talk credible because they were backing it up. After the loss and two subpar performances he looks nothing special anymore.
