Curious about the betting line. But Im picking Inoue without hesitation because ultimately, Fulton doesnt punch hard enough to discourage Inoue from doing what he wants to do. You have to make him fight going backwards but Fulton isnt doing that.

I think his power will move up just fine. I expect he will clear out this division as well.
