Comments Thread For: Joseph Parker: "I Would Love The Opportunity To Fight Dillian Whyte Again"

There may have been plenty of bumps along the road, but Joseph Parker is currently living a life with no regrets. Just a few short years ago, Parker (30-3, 21 KOs) was on top of the boxing world as he clutched onto his WBO heavyweight trinket. Anthony Joshua, nevertheless, truncated his reign in March of 2018. Since then, Parker has done his

Meh. For what? Whyte has no belt and got bashed up by Fury in his last fight.

Parker shouldn't become a measuring stick for other fighters, he should lokk for the big fights and cash out. Parker is a very good solid pro, I enjoy watching him fight

This is the biggest pay day fight he can get, so why not. He won`t fight Fury, because they are mates, Usyk won`t fight him. Joshua won`t rematch him.

Joseph parker should target 3 names only whyte hugie fury or frank sanchez. Wilder on the other hand should target AJ, Ngannou or fury usyk loser unless one of the belts magically goes up for grabs then aim for that. Aj same boat max your $. Would rather watch Ngannou vs Wilder " who connects first" or vs glass jaw AJ than a lopsided fury boxing match. Only way is if ngannou & fury does a Boxing MMA and kickboxing match trifecta

Whyte & Parker are in the same boat. Both lost their last big fight & if Parker takes care of Massey they both have a rebound win. Their first fight was close & it was entertaining. Why not have a rematch? The pay would be good. I suspect Whyte might hold out for the bigger payday with Joshua though…

From what Ade Oladipo (works with/for DAZN) was saying they're close to closing on a deal for a Whyte VS Wallin, which I find quite baffling tbh, I feel Wallin will beat him comfortable, Whyte hasn't fought a southpaw since Mrazek in 2014 and of course he isn't on the level of a Wallin.

And it'll scupper any plans of an AJ fight, If it's true Matchroom's matchmaker makes some awful decisions at times.

Not sure who is best opponent for Parker depending what he wants out of it? Is it biggest money available, or good opponent for resume and to get his ranking higher?
But DDD i guess, or Wilder or Flip?

There's another heavyweight on 3 losses looking for an opponent under the same promoter as Whyte. Only this time I'd like a ref that allows Parker to hit back.
