I think there's a huge difference between using the media to float Munguia's name around as being interested in Bivol, and Munguia's handlers actually sending an offer to Bivol, then getting a contract signed, and getting in the ring with Bivol. Everyone likes to do this BS- float lies in the media, but then they never get it done. Then they end up setting up a bout for their guy against another overmatched opponent. PBC is one of the best at this.

Even BENIVIDAS knows better to just go up ONE division to face Bivol. I remember Shane Mosely going up from 130 to 147 to fight Delahoya. CURRENT BOXERS can do that. Their too scarred and have been hand fed opponents to the point they can’t do such things.

He promotes Callum Smith who is the mandatory for WBC so he will fight the winner of Yarde- Beterbiev. As soon as those fights are out the was I’m sure he’ll want to promote Bivol against the winner and hopefully if its Smith then its an in house fight
