I'm thinking Moloney eventually comes around.

If he goes the WBO route, he'll end up fighting Rodriguez, who he lost to, or Astrolabio. Neither of those are easy fights and they definitely aren't paying much of anything.

Donaire-Moloney is a bit bigger fight, would do decent ESPN numbers, and while Nonito has come back many times.... he's old as ****. Moloney could be getting him at the right time.
