    Is the head movement used here by elite Karatekas the same as in Boxing?

    Would it be applicable if they transition to pro boxing or do they need to move it differently? Is it any good?

      Different sport completely and would likely gas out bad with all that constant bouncing.

          How about the head movement though, can they keep it? Do they impress you as athletes or do you think it's all BS?
