first off, let me start to say that ever since i have been a member of this forum i have been rooting for my country man and my idol manny pacquiao. with that said, on the other hand i have been bashing floyd mayweather for being a ***** and a boring fighter. now we all know that pacquiao will be on his last year on 2010 and that same goes to floyd mayweather jr. i know i am looking over the cotto fight which is a dangerous fight for pacquiao but i think pacquiao is really hungry to fight floyd mayweather that he wouldn't be making room for error when he faces miguel cotto. thus it would lead to his clash with mayweather next year.
let's say this fight that all of us have been waiting for to happen come to reality. the two greatest p4p for the past decade will face off. the most aggressive and the most defensive will finally meet. i think most people will root for pacquiao just because everybody loves to hate mayweather and wants to see him lose. most will go for their hearts instead of mind. but let me tell you, floyd has been a champ and has been a complete fighter when pacquiao was just starting to build himself. right now pac isn't complete yet. yes, he has his right hand now but he still gets to aggressive and out of balance when he is in his moment. something mayweather a brilliant boxer will take advantage of. mayweather knows what'll be the next move even before it happens. with that being said, it dont mean that it will be easy for mayweather too. because on the other hand we can't deny pacquiao's heart and will on the fight. he won't go to defeat without bringing a war.
as a pinoy i still hope that there's a chance for pacquiao to win, in my heart i know he can do it. but in my mind mayweather is the brilliant wizard of boxing of his generation. just my thoughts!
