That’s like saying Floyd looked foolish in the Mosley fight because Mosley landed two punches in the 2nd round.
While intentionally forgetting that Floyd literally beat Mosley for 12 rounds.
How many rounds did Karen win against Boots?

If being generous, I thought Karen had won four rounds at best which were 3,4, 6 and 12. Though in reality they could had easily been in Ennis's favor while the rounds Ennis won were too one-sided. I have to rewatch the fight.Last edited by Malvado; 01-13-2023, 12:56 AM.Comment

Ellis boxed well early but Villa turned Ellis into a front runner by putting so much pressure on him, that he pushed Ellis past what he was trained for. He was in decent shape but not in dog shape. He was in 10 round shape or maybe 12 at pace he was able to control. But Villa was in better shape and determined to wear Speedy down. It looks bad because Speedy was talking about he's taking over the division, saying he wants Boots, etc. But now he has to rematch this Villa b4 he start talking about taking over the division, or fighting Boots, or anything else. Speedy is skillful but he needs better stamina or there will be no takeovers happening,< ever. He was close to being knocked outComment

This is a fair assessment. It’s the toxic moron (Uncle Sneaky Fondler) that is hateful and pathetic that keeps on harping about how Boots looked “foolish”.
Boots won a clear one-sided wide Unanimous Decision and it’s not enough for the haters. Boots could have KO’d Karen in Rd 1, and the hate would still flood in.Comment

Just like Manny looked foolish getting thrown around the ring by Jeff Horn.
Crawford looked foolish getting two-pieced, wobbled and dropped by Kavaliauskas.
Spence looked foolish getting nailed, stopping to look for a mouthpiece, then eating a two-piece from Ugas.
Hopkins looked foolish getting punched repeatedly, falling out of the ring and claiming that Smith pushed him.
Joshua looked foolish literally running away from Andy Ruiz in the rematch.
Real fans acknowledge moments their fighters don't look good, despite "winning". The performance matters just as much.
That's why the Wilder / Fury trilogy was and is more exciting than most every other fight in the last 5 years.

If Spence fights Thurman at 154 it's probably unlikely he'll come back to 147, even for Crawford
Thanks..

Floyd looked foolish when he got tagged twice and held on for dear life, even he admitted it was a good set of shots.

So what you are saying is that you expect boxers to be perfect and not get hit. Ever.
If Floyd looked “foolish” getting hit twice in a 12 round fight, how FOOLISH did Mosley look getting tagged over a dozen time per round? Why is the focus only on Floyd’s two punches in one round over 36 minutes while Mosley was getting pulverized?
Your logic only applies to AJ and Hopkins. AJ was exposed by a short pudgy guy and Hopkins is known for his rough house tactics.
I don’t need to tell you Boxing is a sport where people beat the crap out of each other. Looking “foolish” is not how I’d describe a fighter.
So, Boots only looked “foolish” in the eyes of casual hateful boxing fans.
Please answer the question about Mosley getting beat up for 12 rounds by Floyd.Comment
