I'm not sold on this because I think PBF really believes he doesn't need Mosley to make money. He's probably right. I think win or lose, Pac will fight Mayweather next. It just makes sense, money wise and risk wise for PBF. He hasn't fought a real welter in awhile. And now that Manny will be fighting Cotto, he can now be regarded as a WW, which should shut some, just some, PBF critics up.

IMO the only way is to knock his ass out.

It will take a really big puncher with some good foot speed to do that.

Meaning I think it would take a prime Roy Jones Jr to beat him.

Someone to match his speed with some natural power.

I'd love to see it don't get me wrong. Him losing.........LOL.

Remember how Judah floored him? That's how.

It takes a nasty ass huge punch, except like........in bunches.

A big mother ****er wailing away on him.

That may be, and I think most would agree with you on that Floyd UDs him, but it's still better than him not fighting him and not having collected the scalp of the number one welterweight.

No one is gonna buy Mayweather vs. Pacquiao, without Pacquiao not having got past Cotto. No way man, not even The Mayweather Mafia.

This would be a logical fight for him because it will somehow shut some critics up because Clottey is a tough WW and on the other hand, it would be an easy fight for Floyd.
I agree, from that perspective the fight could make sense for Mayweather.

I've accepted long ago that the entertainment from PBF's fights comes during the promotion and after the fight. He is either too good for his opponents or too careful. I believe he is both. He knows when to pour it on and when too back off, which means, not too entertaining.

But watch his highlights, it's a incredible. A true virtuoso. Just really needs a pair of cojones.

Any fighter can be beaten by the right opponent an old Calzaghe proved that against the prime Roy.

Mayweather vs Judah/ Hatton was entertaining @ 147. What I mean is, Clotey's shell. Mayweather can beat him on workrate alot, not landing all that flush. Clottey would be following, being too out of range.

What we want as boxing fans is really different from what we're going to get, especially when PBF calls the shots.

I think he's waiting on Pac. Shane is just too dangerous. Personally, I think PBF will handle Shane, but PBF won't risk it.
