Only time I remember Cotto calling people out by name was after the Jennings fight and Floyd was still retired then. He just says talk to the company and he still fights tough opponents, so I doubt he's afraid of Mayweather. Fought two high risk, low reward type of opponents in Clottey and Margarito. Cotto fights who Arum puts in front of him. Arum hasn't put Floyd in front of him yet.
