I say it again. What is the point of this fight? Those two guys were not on a collision course because Thurman has been inactive and was always viewed as a PBC sub, a name to add to record.

Also I don't know how they convinced the sanctioning bodies to allow this and not collect any fees, unless they dangled the possibility of a unification with Bud.
