Cobbs has called out Boots multiple times, even to his face.

Cobbs gets criticized because of his mouth - but the guy steps up and takes threats. He took his L like a man and he's right back on it.

The belt proper will be given to him, because Spence isn't going to fight him. Cobbs would be demolished by Ennis, although he might last quite a few rounds.

It's a non fight anyway, Cobbs reminds me of Romero and Chris Colbert, big talkers but they all lost when they had to step up.

Less smack talk and more quality performances is what they need to focus on.

This just in Blair, you're one of the fighters we all know he can beat! Nobody is fearing you! The WBO is the only one ranking Cobb, and he's at #8. Alexis Rocha is #4! You might wanna get that rematch b4 even thinking about Boots! The only people worthy of Boots Ennis are : Stanionis, Ortiz Jr., Thurman, Crawford, Spence Jr., and Jermell Charlo!
