good question. Or Nicolav Valuev or Joe Mesi or Mike Tyson.

I like their rankings though, not that I understand them. You have one unbeaten guy who is 18-0, Roman Greenberg and he is like world rank 130, then you have another Sam Peter and he gets into the top ten.

Sam peter though has faced higher ranked opponents hence his higher rank. Greenberg has faced nothing but unknown bums!

he has been fighting guys with winning records like 2:1 ratio. Rhaman, Bowe, Tubbs, McCall, and probably Tyson in his next fight have been matched up with worse guys and we talk about them all the time

            Ruiz has beat better opposition.
I would not rank him higher than VK though. That is crazy.
Ruiz is the classic example of a "Paper" champion.
Meaning his record looks impressive, but he does not.

Yes, but he has lost clearly 5 times and even been knocked the **** out in the first round. And Ruiz had some gift decicion, everyone knows he realy lost to golota.

VK has 2 loses both by injurie, besides do you honest think Ruiz would stand a chance against VK.

I'd pick Morales over Barrera, IMO Morales got the better of Barrera over the 3 fights. Pacquaio and Jones both handed Barrera his ass.

Morales is one of the best fighter P4P without any doubts.

I dont think Ruiz stands a chance against Toney never mind Vitali, i think Vitali would hand Ruiz a beating.

                      No, I dont.

However; rankings do not work like that.

You would have to hold a gun to my head for me to rank Glen Johnson higher than RJJ. Even though he knocked him out.

RJJ is ten times the fighter.
