The gate info is likely legit though. How many US fighters are selling $1.5 million in tickets for a tune up? Seems like a pretty good number to me.
We definitely know the pay-per-view numbers from Rick laser who gets them from a media attorney. The numbers are totally legit.

      Sold - 6,625
      Comps - 762
      Gate Revenue $1,449,265.00
Seems like promoters are happy making little money now. Their goal is to make a little amount but do it many times with a sure bet against an average fighter. Welcome to corporate boxing. Tanks been doing it for years.

Plenty , the only crazies over charging for PPV events with fights no one wants with bad cards is PBC . Arums no dummy either he knows how bad this fight did and flip flopped on Fury vs Chisora as a PPV in the states here which was originally supposed to be . Lol

I'm including pay sites as well.

You can't generate that kind of money on reg tv...at least not that I know of

What are you charging though l both Wilder and Fury have put their networks in the red . And that’s simply getting contracts that they get certain amount of money per fight ,didn’t Wilder almost out showtime out of business so bad they started rejecting his fights on their platform ? Seems like PBC is in a short life line to and they look bad like they are about to duck out ,Wilder is their last grasp I’m sure so they put him on PPV and have the channel like fox pay for it . Lol

                  ''Star'' athletes don't come cheap

Sadly, professional boxers are the lowest paid athlete and are almost assured to go broke soon after retiring

boxing as a WHOLE is bombing at the Gates and PPV Buys I don't know why fans think it is just the guys they don't like Bombing

Boxing as a WHOLE has a serious issue here in the U.S. people are caring less and less about boxing and NO "The Best Fighting The Best" is not the Simple Solution. Boxing needs to do a better job of reaching Casuals attention as well as connecting to a younger Demo. Boxers are boxing people, they go away for 6 months now almost a Full Year in between fights and expect people to still be interested when they return. Yeah that don't work in this ERA when it is plenty of other Alternatives like UFC and other Sports to Enjoy

Long Time Hardcore Boxing fans and even I'm starting to have Less and Less Interest as a whole. Tank vs Ryan will do big numbers which is great, Benavidez vs Plant should do numbers but once again Boxing will start the year off very strong but then won't maintain it

I actually have the real numbers and you're off by 10x. It's actually 10x less than all those.
