    Then he should have signed with Queensbury who had access to Top Rank as Devin Haney is the champion of that division. Odd to sign with a promoter who doesn’t have the titles in hopes of getting a title shot…

      The titles will likely get fragmented in one fights time, so the belts will be up for grabs. Shakur and Keyshawn Davis will most certainly pick up two of them. I think they'll manoeuvre Cully through the WBA route, maybe an end of year eliminator with Kid Austin who's on DAZN (can't see him beating Kid Austin though, he's the goods), or try to position him against Hughes for an eliminator through the WBC.

        You have a lot of comments on here but you seem to be unaware that fighters can earn world title shots/opportunities against fighters who're with different networks/promoters...
