In an Instagram post published on his account several days ago, Hurd, of Accokeek, Maryland, signaled his intention to resume his career, saying he needed to step away from the sport for an extended period of time in order to take care of personal issues.

If he is going up to 160, he gets a tune up and is fed to Charlo. Very safe fight if Hurd hasn't fixed his lack of defense.

It's crazy how fast a fighter can fall, at one point he was on his way to being undisputed and then he just hit a wall and now at 160 he doesn't have that massive advantage and his punching power is average. He's still a fan friendly fighter but he got away too long with eating punches at 154 I don't think that will be in his best interest at 160.
