I think the fact he barely made 126 for his last defense indicated he could no longer compete at 126.

neither ramirez or lopez are in the TBRB FW top 10. I would prefer it be Lara or Vargas had he stayed.

Lopez was ranked even before he won the IBF title. He beat Isaac Lowe in an eliminator and beat Andy Vences and Gabriel Flores at 130. Vargas has a tricky style that will give anyone problems. Figueroa will probably fight Masgayo for the WBC title in a few months if Fulton doesn't move up by then.
