Judah is a way better technical boxer than Pacquaio( with a more diverse arsenal) and is naturally bigger, but Manny is more consistent and mentally stronger. They're styles are nothing alike. With that being said, i do feel that if Cotto was to healthily make the weight, i think he will ''search and destroy''. Hes just too big and strong,
