I don’t think he can. Though I’m retired from LE one of the many lessons learned was youth diagnosed with conduct disorder can outgrow it. When they don’t they go on to be diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder and these become your career criminals. Tank has all the signs of someone with this personality disorder and once that sets in it’s literally how someone’s brain/thought process has formed. He’s stuck with it for life.

Very sad indeed, the fact they tried to sweep this under the rug for so long, the unaddressed demons he has, the inactivity and the lack of purpose most of the year. It's always sad to see good talent go to waste, but there's a lot more to life than only having talent at something. I hope he gets a fair sentence/judgement.

I think it's more the saying 'two wrongs don't make a right.' He obviously has anger and all that - but he had a very traumatic youth so it's expected. Needs to find a GF that is more mature and calm than him.
