This is bull****. Ustinov has no desire to fight someone as good as Boswell.
How can you have a fight set for months and then find out 2 days before that "whoops im not allowed in the country."
Ustinov is a freak show bum and this is a blatant duck.

Too bad, would have been an interesting fight. But it seems to be growing problem that several foreign fighters aren't allowed into the States. Valero already had to cancel a good fight for that reason. What's next? Kessler and Froch not allowed in?

Don't say Soto cuz it was not even close to being signed.

None are special but Ustinov can be outboxed,he's Valuev type fighter and Boswell might been able to actually KO him.
Don't know how could it be a good thing either way.

No fight was actually cancelled.
I think he was supposed to be defending his title on the Pac-Cotto undercard but because of his inability to get into the US the date was moved back and the location moved to Venezuela.

Valero not only can't get in the country for that DUI but also doesn't have a Nevada license and I doubt he will ever get one due to a motorcycle accident years ago.
