(c) The WBO World Championship Committee may, in its discretion, vacate a Champion’s title (including the Heavyweight Division) regardless of cause or fault if the Champion fails to defend his title within a nine (9) month period. This decision will be final unless appealed to the Grievance Committee within ten (10) days of Notification to the Champion as provided for in these Rules. Thanks for your research but out of all the fighters out there has Charlo ever pulled out or postponed a fight. This man just fought and cleaned out hi division and became UNDISPUTED. NOW HE HAS A LEGIT INJURY. DO U THINK THE SANCTIONING BODY WILL STRIP HIM. MY INITIAL RESPONSE WAS TO THESE CASUAL HATERS THAT COM HERE AND MAKE STIPID UNJUSTIFIED COMMENTS . BRO DONT JOIN THAT CREW
