Glad Loma is getting another shot of being undisputed at 135lbs, he is close to completing his career. WAR LOMA!

Loma at 35 looked like he really needed the tune up against Ortiz, however I expect him to be sharper next time out, but Haney should have too much for him (youth, speed, size, reach, strength etc.). But we'll need to see them in the ring to know exactly how it plays out.

Ortiz is a top level fighter. Nobody knew who he was is all.

Why would they directly compete for airtime in March when they're trying to put the fight on for free!? especially to accommodate his fictitious observation of Ramadan (he's had camps and fights several times during Ramadan)

Also why wouldn't he go to Australia he was the challenger at first and they're the ones bringing the money to the table because the Australians will fill an arena/stadium, it's not like Huggie is a huge in America or anywhere for that matter...

As for your final point Loma took on a champion rather than a guy who wasn't even officially mandated yet and you're complaining about that, aren't you suppose to be a fan of boxing?

If Devin beats Loma he'll unquestionably be the most established 135 lb fighter in the division. He already has the belts and a couple of premier wins (unlike the other half dozen good fighters) ...

SN: Devin just looks like a post boxing career ESPN boxing commentator lol something about him screams that to me ...

That makes no sense. Haney would be his best win by far.

He shouldn't have been forced to agree to fight the rematch in Australia! He was Loma's mandatory until the WBC created the "Franchise" belt out of thin air! Now that Haney is the Undisputed Champion, and he's signed to Top Rank, he should be treated like a star! Look what TR did for Teofimo Lopez on Heisman Night! This is a guy who snubbed his nose at TR, fought Kambo on another platform, and lost his belts! Haney should be getting that kind of treatment now! Make the fight for March!

Haney needs to insist on getting that fight in March like he wants.

He has bent over backwards for Top Rank enough times already. Now it's their turn to accommodate him.
