"WBC will ultimately run down the list before finding a willing available contender to next face Prograis." Bottom line, everyone talks but nobody really wants to fight Prograis. I'm not saying they're the same guy but has anyone ever seem Haymon and Arum in the same place at the same time? Kind of strange....just sayn.

Pendejo of the week goes to this guy. Ramirez nearly beat Taylor by getting dropped twice and completely nullified, gotcha. No one cares about that weak azz vacant trinket you picked up chump.. the real champ is Taylor.. the WBC had absolutely no reason to strip Taylor.. Ramirez damn near beat Taylor.. and he has access to Taylor on the Top Rank side.. what does he need this chump for, not letting this dude come and eat out of his big pot.Comment

Regis can crack. Even when he lost to Josh Taylor, he closed Josh’s eye and had him looking terrible. I wonder if Gary Antuanne Russell would be down to fight him.Comment

65-35 because WBC agreed to change from their usual 75-25. Ramirez' camp wanted 40:

Ramirez wants purse parity because he passed on fighting for the vacant title already, as if Prograis taking advantage of the opportunity is Regis's fault. He passed on Zepeda and is now passing on Prograis. Most fighters don't get multiple offers to fight for the same title within six months, let alone one.Comment
