Spence Junior is more proven at 147 pounds, and has the better wins.
Nope...if tc beats a old Keith or Manny he has the crown Spence playing a dangerous ducking game

Nobody should even expect Spence to fight Crawford immediately after a wreck.

Wrecks are terrible man. No matter how small they almost always mess you up some. I still have nightmares about some of mine.

Even my biggest Bud fan thinks that’s a bad idea. I don’t even want Spence to fight Thurman right away at this point. Thurman is pretty much shot Imo but any given Sunday. I wouldn’t put it past him to show up one last time given these circumstances.

I don’t know what I recommend at this point. Beyond my pay grade. Dud should stfu RIGHT NOW.

Yeah, he was so injured that he travelled to Las Vegas and made his way around the arena talking to everyone in sight. GTFOH

People with broken ribs can also do that, doesn't mean there in the gym training, this forum is notorious for reading a book by its cover, I actually got headbutted in the thigh by a large dog recently I could walk fine but I couldn't carry weight, extend or climb stairs without it hurting like fck, had a bruise 6 inches in diameter.

I never said he was training. He was good enough to travel from Texas to Las Vegas and walk around an arena all night and talk to numerous people and be on the showtime broadcast. He's not that injured... He looked fat too me, looks like he hasn't been in the gym at all lately to be honest.

Im just saying you can be injured and do all of that, nobody is saying he is broken in half.

Its a few days short of Xmas his fight fell through and he was in a car wreck so I can see how he has not been in the gym all that much since the fight fell through, word was prior to that he was in great shape and never left the gym from Ugas.

I doubt it. All companies fail to make fights. PBC gets significantly more criticism and blame than the others.

Its clear that Crawford wasn’t negotiating in good faith. He took another big check for another easy fight no one cared about. Hold him accountable for that.

Thats certainly not clear at all, as none of us were involved in the negotiations. But knowing this business as well as I do, Crawfords story just makes more sense to me. Here's why:

                      1. The BLK Prime deal was probably just his back up plan if the Spence fight didnt get made. And he was VERY clear that he was definitely going to fight in 2022 regardless. That was no secret. PBC had MONTHS to make the fight, yet hadnt even worked on the basics like date, site, etc. Several people that would know have told me that PBC wanted the fight in 2023 if at all. The inside word is that they prefered the thurman fight so everything was in house

                      2. So I suspect as the weeks (and months) just kept going by with no fight getting made, Crawford say the heck with it and went and got his $10mil. Cant fault him for that. If one entity is offering you $10 million and a date, and the other entity is offering you no date, no nothing, then it would be foolish for Bud to leave that money on the ground.

                      3. I have dealt with promoters and fighters directly. And I have been involved in numerous co-promotions. Financial transparency is the standard between co-promoters. If Crawford was getting a revenue share and not a guaranteed purse (everyone agrees this is accurate), then he is essentially a co-promoter and entitled to see all the revenue streams. Why PBC wouldnt give that to him is rather odd. They have given it to Matchroom, to Top Rank, and to anyone else they did a co-promotion with. Why not Crawford? Is Crawford just supposed to blindly trust the revenue numbers that are being told to him? Even a low-tier corporate employee with a basic profit sharing plan is going to see financials outlining total revenue. I'm not saying PBC intended to cook the books on Crawford, because I dont know that to be true. But I do find their reluctance to offer transparency to be quite puzzling.
