Who would win Humberto Soto vs Roman Martinez, last few days i watched Martinez's latest fight and rewatched the fight with Cook, i saw Soto's latest fight and i just the minute got done watching his fight with Kevin Kelly and i would have to go for Soto because both these guys seem to be mirror images of each other in terms of they are wear you down type guys who like to bring it.

I see Martinez as having a leaky defence, particularly against left hooks which happens to be Soto's best punch, Soto has a leaky defence to but he has the better chin imo, although he is probably the more stiff of the two fighters. Martinez has also been hurt to the body before against Cook.

That was Martinez 15 fight and even tho he strugle some with Lorenzo he won the fight, no gift, no robbery. You just say it was a robbery because Lorenzo is Dominican!

I think Martinez will learn a lot more than Soto in the next few years because Soto will never change he does what he does and he will always do that but i think Martinez in time can improve his defence and condition himself better to take shots.
