      9 pounds is nothing to cut, assuming one is not already weight drained, which from reading the story he's not.

          I fully expect that he'll make the weight.

          Losing it so quick, as well as arriving to Ireland late, are things likely to affect his performance though.

            I think Poon will be fine. I think Dunne is in more of an emotional mess than Poon.

            Poon is just livin large for a minute, and dropped 4 pounds like nothin.


            Couple more to go, than rehydrate to 140 to wreck Ireland's dream.

            Nah, kidding I like Dunne. But I like Poon much more.

              He'll be fine. He hasn't trained for a few days due to the trip.

              If he isn't, give that man some fiber and put him in a steam room!

                The late arrival is the main concern to me, in large part due to the difference of time.

                Maybe he was able to adjust his schedule in Thailand accordingly.

                  How much difference is there, from Dublin? 8-10 hours?
