Haney has fought worse comp than Crawford tbh. Postol was way better than Kambosos.
Even Charlo hasn’t exactly beat any killers to become undisputed.
People hold Crawford to a higher standard. I do somewhat get it as he’s regarded as a top 5 even top 3 P4P guy but his resume is actually very solid. It’s underwhelming at 147 but he had a very good run at 135 and an excellent run at 140.

"At The End Of The Day", the fighters I named didn't DUCK a unification fight in their CURRENT weight class. Crawford did.
There are several people to blame for Spence-Crawford not happening. Crawford being one of them but he’s not solely to blame.
Some of you fanboys need to take a step back and not let your emotions rule over logic and reason.
He's solely to blame because he refused to accept his B-Side status, which means accept ALL terms from the A-Side. Like his friend Haney did. Or did you forget that?
Then was negotiating in bad faith to collect a check.

We never really know what goes into these things, but for me, sitting on the fence, the most important clue to doubt sits with the one that walks away from a negotiation, for me if a guy takes off that's a massive red flag to them not wanting the fight, we have seen over many big fights from Hagler Leonard, Floyd Oscar, Holyfield Tyson, Haney Kambosis where the B side will accept anything just make the fight happen they want it so bad they agree to anything and then change history inside the ring.

I blame Crawford more than Spence in this situation but he’s not solely to blame. I don’t think PBC were overly keen to make the fight.

They both need each other. You fanboys can continue to debate irrelevant stuff like A-side and purse splits but the reality is Spence needs Crawford and Crawford needs Spence. It’s the biggest fight for both and the fact it didn’t happen is an indictment on both parties.

Spence doesn't need Crawford.
Remember, the WBO belt is the least valuable of them all. That's why it's consistently the easiest to win yet least defended, because nobody wants it. WBC is top. Spence holds it.
Spence is not required to nor should he set a bad precedent by allowing a B-Side to dictate terms when that guy's own promoter went public and said he doesn't draw money.
You can keep on ignoring the BUSINESS of boxing all you care to.
Bottom line: Crawford ducked it. You and his other fans need to hold HIM responsible, or he'll keep telling you that Jeff Horn was his ATG win.
