    Oscar Valdez has suffered another undisclosed injury that has forced him to delay his return to the ring yet again. BoxingScene.com has learned Valdez sustained his latest injury while training recently. After a doctor evaluated Valdez, he pulled out of his upcoming fight against Emanuel Navarrete for the vacant WBO junior lightweight title.

    Valdez wouldn’t have won probably better that he didn’t take this fight.

      Maybe it's just me but Valdez has never impressed me. I don't think that he's going to do much more than he's already done.

            Wouldve been a good scrap and being this far out I'm inclined to believe it was a legitimate injury. Hopefully they can revisit this matchup later in the year.

              I agree, Valdez is one of those fighters that never caught my attention despite all the coverage. If anything I couldn't understand how he kept winning but then again PEDs

                    Undisclosed injury yeah right Valdez was on track to be overweight that's why he pulled out pause, Oscar is a good fighter but got exposed in his last 2 fights as not elite
