Lets talk about resumes ( Mosley vs Mayweather)

"flyest1" who is a poster here made an interesting point. He said that Mosley would be undefeated if he had fought all the guys Mayweather has on his resume. At the same time he said Mayweather would have loses if he had faced the guys on Mosley's resume.

I myself also believe this to be true. What are your thoughts?

Shane really lost to Oscar, Floyd beat him, so your theory is debunked.

Shane goes through Floyd's resume undefeated...

Only difficult fight for Floyd I see is Vernon Forrest...other than that I believe he would go through Shane's resume undefeated as well...

Yet this means nothing cuz Floyd's never fought a Shane Mosley and Shane has never fought a defensive mastermind like Floyd...

Floyd won't even beat a prime DLH at 154

The only fighters who Floyd might not get past on SSM resume are the ones SSM didn't get passed.

Yeah Shane did lose the fight at 154 but he beat him at 147. He was imo the 1st guy to beat DLH and not Trinidad.

Remember Oscar and Shane where prime when they fought.

Floyd won SD against a past prime Oscar who was a part time fighter/promoter. I believe he won the fight but it was not lopsided. Prime De La Hoya would be a different story for Floyd. Theory ain't debunked kid.

I wouldn't be so sure...it seems like the flaw in Winky's style is an abundance of activity from an opponent. Floyd doesn't really waste punches and throw on volume.

Problem is Floyd doesn't stand right in front of his opponent...Winky doesn't apply pressure on opponents and outwork them...

Floyd will fight from the outside all night and like Bernard show everyone how bad Winky's legs are...

Winky's never fought a slick fighter...
