How is people blaming Spence for this accident instead of the 14 year old underage drive who was speeding and ran a red light? Did y’all read the article or just the title?

Some people...sure. Some other people toatally absolving him based on this story. Somewhere in between are the facts. Lets hear them before passing judgement.

The kid was speeding and ran a red light. IF TRUE, by all means Spence is legally absolved. You not only need time to react, but you need space as well to maneuver even if you do see it coming. Sometimes no amount of defensive driving will save you from someone else's bad driving.

Can you? Is this personal experience talking or just what you've read? Im guessing it’s possible....but i would think a man with errol spences reflexes would have a much faster reaction time than what would be considered normal. Like i say...i prefer to wait for the facts. What i do know is this. Errol has previous form driving at excessive speed.

Thats the initial report yes. It also states he was hit head on. Usualy when people run red lights...they
t-bone. In order to hit head on...they would need to be in the same lane.
